I liked being in this place. All in all everything was well-maintained, had a FAIRLY NICE stay on a business trip. The staff served fresh fruit, slices of fresh bread, and cereal for breakfast. Its location in a lovely area was marvellous and incredible.

Breakfast was savoury, we didn't want to say goodbye!
It was compact, reasonably large and on the upper floors. The hotel had a central setting close to shopping & major tourist attractions. And it was also just off plenty of restaurants, and ALL of Recoletta...

I thoroughly enjoyed especially helpful and extremely helpful employees!
The hotel was fairly cleanwith modern interior and nestled in a lovely building. The location was absolutely perfect, to the Puyerredón metro station with easy access to shopping centers and a market. Food was good and I have nothing but really really nice memories from this trip.

Location is excellent. The art gallery inside the hotel is a very good idea. Breakfast was above average and the cosmetics in the bathroom were the best I've had in a longtime.
The "small and cosy" room is not really cosy and had a very small bathroom.

The breakfast was savoury, it included fresh fruit, bread and cereals. Location: the hotel was next to good restaurants, cafes, tourist places and shopping, and the cemetery and shopping...

Staff was very friendly and 24 hour reception. Hotel was very charming and good value for expensive Recoleta area.

We were provided with a well-organized, air-conditioned superior queen room that had a window facing the light well.

Top of the line, unique, very well done renovation of an old building, all new inside, the crispest linen, cleanness, best breakfast in town, service, personal attention, multi-lingual quality staff, every detail is taken into account, lots of art on display (some for sale too) at museum level, location on a quiet street 1 1/2 blocks from buses, metro, shopping, restaurants and cafes, has free business center w/ fast internet and new computers, and I can go on and on! I reserved a "double room, small and cozy" It was huge, bright, and beautiful, tastefully designed, included extras such as safe and bar, a huge plasma tv, quality minimalistic furnishing (iron and wood) a full size tub and lots of artistic details such as reclaimed pine doors and floors, original art on walls, designer iron closet doors and sink table, 10' ceilings and 7' windows with 3 layers of curtains...
Absolutely not! It shows as a 3 stars hotel, and I think it may be because it doesn't have a gym, but still it deserves to be stepped up in category.

Ambiance. Beautiful building and excellent location. Breakfast dining staff was very accommodating.
Front desk staff should have been friendlier and more helpful.

This was our fourth stay at the Art Hotel (our first time was back in 2007). We love the location of the hotel, the warmth of the room and the excellent breafast. Furthermore, it is an excellent value for Buenos Aires.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
